At The Recovery Village (TRV), we provide a sanctuary for individuals seeking recovery. Nestled in the serene community of Umatilla, just an hour from Orlando, TRV offers a stress-free environment where we deliver treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. • Perform a wide variety of duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions.
• Establish trust and build rapport with patients and their families.
• Complete timely admissions documentation and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications as indicated and monitor the detoxification process.
• Transcribe physician orders and implement medical protocols as ordered.
• Confer with and assist medical personnel, internal and external resources.
• Provide documentation reflecting services for each patient in accordance with licensure standards.
• Assess medical and psychiatric needs, determine urgency, and expedite treatment as required.
• Communicate concerns about patient health to appropriate personnel and follow up as necessary.
• Educate patients about medications, health issues, and medical conditions.
• Take verbal orders from medical providers, document them in the patient record, and carry them out accurately and professionally.
• Provide routine nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Licensed to practice in the State of Florida required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Behavioral health experience preferred

• Pay:
  Competitive Pay & Night Shift Differential
• Paid Time Off:
  Up to 2 weeks of paid time off per year plus sick pay and holiday pay
