Responsibilities of the RN, Unit Manager:- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assist with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
- Must have Florida RN license.
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience.
- Must have nurse management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
