- Manage airway support and closely monitor neurological and cardiac status during immediate post‑operative care of surgical patients
- Provide initial wound care to the surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery
- Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team
- Respond promptly to complications or side effects and execute on‑call availability during select non‑business hours as discussed in the interview
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care while managing evidence‑based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assess patient condition, monitor throughout shift, and document changes thoroughly
- Educate patients and families/caregivers about medical condition, treatment and follow‑up measures
- RN licensed in Florida (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date
