Spring 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts (February through May cohort start dates) at Advent Health Tampa Bay Locations:
Carrollwood, Connerton, North Pinellas, Riverview, Tampa, Wesley Chapel.

Applicants will gain exposure to a range of patient populations and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of diagnoses, procedures, medications, complications, and equipment associated with unit patient population, adhering to regulatory standards, infection prevention, medication safety, effective interdisciplinary communication, participation in practice changes, quality improvement initiatives, completion of required education, and promotion of exceptional patient experiences through effective communication and hourly rounding.

• Associate's of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (preferred)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
