• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages presenting with emergency conditions.
• Identify and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessments.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing care based on patient needs.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient progress.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practices in emergency medicine.

Candidate requirements

• 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - must be obtained before employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification is required within 90 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
