Location: Westgate Lake Manor
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN to join our expanding team. Under new ownership, we are committed to creating a revitalizing rehabilitation environment that offers residents a luxurious, five-star experience that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure continuity of care between shifts by providing direct care and supervising CNAs and support staff.
- Participate in resident and family education.
- Advocate for residents, aligning with the facility's mission.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current and valid Florida LPN license/registration.
- Experience in long-term care and familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary: $28.00 per hour.
