Job Description- Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.
- Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
- Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.
- Promoting evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
- Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.
- Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
