LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Pay Range: $28–$32 per hour.

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care and make a difference in the lives of patients and families. Positions are available full‑time and part‑time (days, nights, weekends). Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Initi preventive measures to protect quality of care for patients.
