Job Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit, including close monitoring and frequent assessments.
• Make clinical assessments and manage treatment autonomously.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatments.
• Maintain a high standard of care with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience; ICU experience preferred but not required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or able to obtain licensure before start date.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• CCRN certification is a plus but must be obtained within 2 years; NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.

Compensation ranges from $27.72 to $39.60 per hour based on experience:

• 5 years: $27.72
• 10 years: $36.30
• 15+ years: $39.60

Additional pay includes:

• Specialty Differential: $2.50
• Shift Differentials: $3 for Nights, $2 for Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $25,000 for Nights (case by case, depending on experience);
  Up to $15,000 for Days.
