LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full‑time and part‑time shifts in Raiford, FL and surrounding areas. The role provides direct, one‑on‑one medical care in client homes and supports the medically fragile pediatric community.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on‑going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided).
• Provide care in a client home setting.
