Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for a CRNA who is passionate about high quality patient to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton.

Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:

• Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.
• Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, General, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics.
• No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB.
• Average surgical volume of 3600 cases annually.
• Supervision model (2 Physicians on during the day. Physicians sit cases as needed.)
• No call. No Weekends. Schedule is 4, 10s.

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• $75K Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
• If clinician opts to pick up extra, premium rate of $170 per hour applies.
• 8 weeks paid Time Away from Practice, frontloaded (not accrued). Increases with years of service.
