Nurse Practitioner

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Salary up to $135K + Sign-on Bonus

Location: Port St. Joe, FL

Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus Potential

What You’ll Do: Work as a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health.

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Handle shared on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experienced provider or motivated new graduate.
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a patient‑first approach.
