• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.
• Prepares schedules for assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases.
• Participates in hourly rounding using the Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You technique (AIDET) to improve patient outcomes.
• Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Associate s of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor s of Nursing
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $32.76 - $57.47
