Pay: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (range may vary based on skills and experience). Weekly pay and direct deposit.

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician‑ordered treatments such as nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning (nasal, oral, endotracheal), ventilation care, seizure assessment and treatment

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in‑person, not online)
• Experience or willingness to train in G‑tube, trach or ventilator care
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) cleared
• Alzheimer's training – 2‑hour DOEA approved course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1‑hour DOEA Alzheimer's video (free of cost on DOEA website)
