Base pay range: $1,000.00/daily - $1,200.00/daily.

Major Responsibilities- Serve as the SNF’s leading provider of internal medicine services on Saturday and Sunday.
- Collaborate with the facility’s interdisciplinary team and physicians to reduce hospitalizations on weekends.
- Work with the entire facility’s patient population, including short and long‑term residents, with assistance from nursing staff and medical directors.
- Conduct new‑admission visits, discharge visits, and evaluations for patients with changes in condition.
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol for acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- Communicate with attending physicians and/or specialists regarding patient care.
- Healthy work‑life balance with flexibility.
- Malpractice insurance and team coverage with $1MM/$3MM limits.
- Revenue‑split compensation.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) with a Florida license.
- Active license and DEA number.
- Previous experience in nursing or related medical field.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their loved ones.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership experience emphasizing teamwork in a healthcare setting.
- Master’s degree required.
