RN Float Pool Med​/Surg

Position: RN Float Pool – Med/Surg

Shifts Available:
Days (Rotating Weekends) 7a‑7p, Nights (Rotating Weekends) 7p‑7a

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan‑based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• 2 years of recent acute care Med‑Surg RN experience within the last year or two
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN preferred

• Float Rates:
  Med/Surg $40 flat rate
• Sign ON Bonus: $20k for Nights only, $10k for Days only
• Shift Differentials: $3/hr Nights, $2/hr weekends
• Relocation:
