About Us: Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC and operates a network of outpatient mental health clinics across Florida. We deliver comprehensive mental health services—including psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing—through in‑person and secure virtual visits. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.

We treat adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above with compassion and respect, providing individualized care for each patient’s needs.

• At least two (2) years as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, or one (1) year as a PN‑PRP plus three (3) years as a Nurse Practitioner in any specialty
• Board‑certified to practice
• Active medical license in the State of Florida
• Outpatient setting experience preferred

• Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with diverse mental health conditions
• Administer long‑acting injectable medications when required (rarely in most clinics)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
• Document all services rendered in compliance with company policy and procedures
• Maintain current knowledge of psychiatry through continuing education and professional development

• Four 10‑hour shifts per week or five 8‑hour shifts per week
• Clinic open Monday‑Thursday
• Availability for additional days via telemedicine for extra pay (Friday‑Sunday)
• Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved
• On‑call (phone only) seven days every 5‑6 months
