Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a passionate CRNA to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton.
Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model with 4 physicians and 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.
- Diverse case mix including heavy Orthopedics, General, Endoscopy, Neuro, Gastro, and Bariatrics.
- No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB cases.
- Average surgical volume of 3,600 cases annually.
- Supervision model with 2 physicians during the day; physicians sit cases as needed.
- No call, no weekends. Schedule is 4 days, 10-hour shifts.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
- $75K start date bonus and relocation assistance.
- Option to pick up extra shifts at a premium rate of $170/hour.
- 8 weeks paid Time Away from Practice, frontloaded, increasing with years of service.
