Palm Aire Country Club, a warm, member-focused private club on the Manatee/Sarasota county line is seeking an energetic, creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Requirements
What You'll Do (Essential Functions)
You'll support the day-to-day marketing and communication efforts for the Club, including:
Content Creation & Communication
- Create written and visual content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates and event flyers.
- Design and support production of print materials like brochures, menus and seasonal campaigns.
- Capture photos and short videos of events, amenities and member experiences.
- Edit and proofread communications to ensure clarity, tone consistency and professionalism.
- Manage the Club's social media calendar and publish engaging posts across approved platforms.
- Monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely, professional manner.
- Track post engagement and assist with SEO, boosted posts and digital advertising efforts.
- Design flyers, posters and digital graphics for events.
- Partner with Club departments to promote programs and ensure consistent communication.
- Attend select Club events to capture content and ensure on-brand presentation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms using the Club's Brand Guide.
- Organize marketing archives, templates, and photo libraries.
- Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination and marketing project support.
- A new college graduate or early-career marketer (1-3 years of experience; internships count!).
- Strong eye for visual design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
- A creative thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life through design, writing and video.
- Organized, detail-oriented and excited to work on multiple projects at once.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable collaborating across departments.
