A highly respected natural wellness brand with over 25 years of innovation in science-backed nutritional products is seeking a Manager
- Marketplace Growth to expand revenue and elevate marketplace performance globally. This role will lead strategy, optimization, and execution across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Large E-Comm sites, and emerging international channels.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, experienced in scaling marketplace performance across multiple platforms, and skilled at driving measurable impact through data, creativity, and collaboration.
Hybrid position based in FloridaKey Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and profitability across major marketplace platforms.
- Manage platform operations within seller, vendor, and hybrid account structures.
- Oversee product listings, creative optimization, and content accuracy to ensure compliance and conversion best practices.
- Optimize category positioning and marketplace merchandising through impactful promotional calendars and retail media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth forecasting, fulfillment, and inventory health.
- Analyze performance data, identifying insights and trends to inform future marketplace initiatives.
- Manage relationships with platform reps and external agencies, holding partners accountable for KPIs and performance outcomes.
- Localize content and adapt assets for international markets including Amazon EU, Amazon Canada, and other expansion opportunities.
- 7+ years of marketplace management experience (Amazon or in seller, vendor, or hybrid structures).
- 3+ years managing Tik Tok Shop or Tik Tok eCommerce programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the natural products or consumer packaged goods sectors strongly preferred.
- Expertise in retail media tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills; comfortable interpreting KPIs to inform actionable strategy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Compensation: Base salary $120,000-$150,000 plus full benefits and 401K

Compensation:
