Roe & Pearl is a luxury caviar gifting and tasting experience brand based in Florida, offering curated tastings, elevated gifting, and refined event experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to work with us as an independent contractor/vendor to lead a complete overhaul of our social media presence and manage our platforms on an ongoing basis.

This is a vendor partnership role, not a W‑2 or employee position. The ideal candidate is a professional social media manager who operates as a business, agency, or independent contractor and bills on a monthly retainer basis.

You will have strategic ownership of Roe & Pearl’s social media, from brand positioning and content strategy to execution, engagement, and performance optimization.

• Audit existing social media accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with a luxury brand
• Define content pillars, brand voice, and visual direction
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Create or direct content ideas for short‑form video, static posts, and Stories
• Write compelling, on‑brand captions
• Manage posting, scheduling, and day‑to‑day platform activity
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance
• Provide monthly performance insights and reporting

Primary Platforms: Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok

(Additional platforms may be added as strategy evolves)

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience
• Experience working with brands as a contractor, freelancer, or agency
• Background in luxury, lifestyle, food, hospitality, or events preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading a social media rebrand or overhaul
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok strategy and trends
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without close oversight
• Must be a great communicator and respond to outreach in a timely manner
