The Florida Justice Association is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Part‑Time Marketing & Membership Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, creative environment and thrive on exceeding member expectations. The role requires 15–20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility and potential to expand into a full‑time position based on performance.

• Assist with drafting, proofreading, and scheduling content for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
• Support production of marketing materials (graphics, flyers, brochures, event promotions, sponsor recognition).
• Help maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Track and report metrics on marketing campaign performance and engagement.

• Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns, including member list management, outreach, and follow‑up.
• Prepare call sheets, reports, and materials for phone banks and special initiatives.
• Support member data entry, updates, and database maintenance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email marketing or CRM/database systems is a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, X/Twitter).
• Familiarity with using AI tools for content ideation and first‑draft generation is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in nonprofit, advocacy, or membership association work preferred.
