Must be able to foster BEL USA'S mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. The Screen Room Tech's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building, stretching, burning, and reclaiming of screens.
Essential Job Functions- Must wear personal protective equipment at all times
- Check monitors for incoming orders
- Notify management of discrepancies in work orders to ensure each machine has a balanced workload
- Ensure the correct screen size is placed on the machine based on order requirements
- Build, stretch, and burn screens for production’s use
- Review printed design on screens to ensure it matches with the image displayed on the monitor
- Properly label each screen once printed for production’s use
- Walk the production floor to collect any unused screens
- Utilize CTS and Liberator machines for screen burning purposes
- Responsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possible
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.
- Support teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work
- Reliable, regular attendance is essential
- Perform duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
- Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred - Experience/Knowledge
Required:- Previous experience working with computers, preferred
- Previous experience utilizing information systems, preferred
- Results-oriented
- Strong, positive leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Employees must be in their current position for at least six (6) months before being eligible to apply to an open position.
- If an employee applied to and received their current position, they must stay in that position for at least one (1) calendar year before being eligible to apply to another position.
- Employees must not have received disciplinary action or have been placed on a performance improvement plan in the six (6) months prior to the date of the application.
- Employee must meet the minimum qualifications, as determined by BEL USA, for the position to be considered.
