This position will work for our International Dock Products (IDP) company located in Pembroke Park, Florida. We’re looking for an Aluminum TIG Welder to perform basic welding tasks on light‑gauge aluminum components. This role focuses on clean, consistent welds rather than complex fabrication. This position requires a technical skilled candidate with good attention to detail, to ensure that all parts are properly fitted, aligned with a great deal of precision and secured.

The Welder must be competent in using equipment following all safety precautions.

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts following provided drawings or instructions
• Prepare materials by cleaning, fitting, and positioning components
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow shop safety procedures and basic quality standards
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

• Basic TIG welding experience on aluminum
• Ability to produce clean, uniform welds on simple joints
• Understanding of welding safety practices
• Ability to read simple drawings or work instructions
