Production Workers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in textile and bedding products, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing and distribution process, supporting various departments to ensure high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: CHIPLEY, FL

Pay Range: $14

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6a-4p, Friday as needed OR Monday - Friday 7a-3p (depending on position)

What's the Job?

• Operate sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment
• Support assembly and filling of comforters and bedding products
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Assist with order selection and loading/unloading materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• At least 6 months of previous work experience preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate machinery
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
