About The Role
Operates computerized saw equipment to cut lumber according to work orders for truss production.
Responsibilities- Review work orders to determine required cuts.
- Adjust saw settings, feed rolls, and cutting speed.
- Operate automated or manual feed systems.
- Stack processed lumber.
- Monitor blade condition and notify supervisor of maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Prior saw or lumber cutting experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
