Employbridge is hiring a Bilingual
Production Supervisor to support food and beverage manufacturing operations. This role will report to the Production Manager and oversee daily production line activities, ensuring safety, quality, and cost‑effective output.
We are seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused leader who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is a strong team builder, natural problem solver, and proactive leader who can drive performance while maintaining a “safety first” culture.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production line activities
- Develop, mentor, and motivate hourly team members
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
- Accurately verify production data in company systems
- Partner daily with maintenance and cross‑functional teams
- Identify and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency metrics
- Use production data to recommend process and equipment improvements
- Champion safety policies and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Previous bakery or production supervision experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in baking or related industry
- Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
- Ability to calculate and analyze production metrics
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence and lead at multiple organizational levels
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Exposure to production floor conditions including moving machinery, heat, and moderate noise
- Must be comfortable working in food manufacturing environments
