Adecco is Hiring – Production Worker (3rd Shift)
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2PM - 10:30PM (Overtime as needed)
Rate: $ 16.25/hour

The Production Worker II supports daily manufacturing operations under general supervision and assists the department lead as needed. This role directly impacts product quality and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Use small hand tools proficiently
- Follow established procedures and work instructions
- Transport products to next stages of production
- Identify nonconforming products and maintain quality standards
- Assist with department processes and support production goals
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health, and safety policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Act as backup for Unit Lead when required
- Packing, cutting, and inventory cycle counts
- Operating semi-automated equipment
- Performing quality inspections and data entry
- Loading/unloading ovens and assisting with mold changes
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs
- Air-conditioned manufacturing facility
- Exposure to general production environment
$16.25 per hour
