2nd shift position

• Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

• Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.

• Less detailed instructions are provided and moderate peer review is required.

• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task‑related activities.

• Requires developing job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post‑Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• JStandard and IPC 610 Certified.
• Torque tool experience, hand and automated.
