Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines;
Assist production employees by directing, coaching, supporting and delegating as the situation requires;
Monitor process equipment lube levels, operating conditions and report any perceived problems;
Monitor and maintain all material flows to ensure quality of products within specifications;
Operate all process equipment at the highest production level within permitting limits
