Sarasota, FL. On-site, Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:15am – 5pm schedule.

Pay: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr.

• Verify items received for shipping by inspecting condition and ensuring accuracy against invoices.
• Scan and record identifying product information into the company database system.
• Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling packages.
• Determine and select appropriate shipping methods based on customer accounts and requests (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, USPS).
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and shipping procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping environment.
• Assist in resolving any shipping discrepancies or issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Previous experience in a shipping role, preferably.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with computerized systems and data entry.
• Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Capable of lifting and handling packages weighing 30 to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.

• Hourly rate of $16/hr., Full-time, M-F 8:15am – 5pm schedule.
