Responsibilities- Apply various types of inks in accordance with customer requirements and work order instructions
- Prepare parts/substrates for the Pad Printing process
- Mix various types of inks in accordance with work order instructions
- Obtain quality standards
- Perform touch and reworks
- Obtain daily production objectives through the methods of complying with job efficiency (Parts Per Hour)
- Complete all required documentation
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain and clean all equipment in accordance with department SOPs
- Recognize and correct non conformances

- Ability to work and grow in a team oriented work environment
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours
- Experience in manufacturing practices
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Experience in Pad Printing practices
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity and understanding of mixing ratios
- Demonstrated experience of quality Pad Printing performance
- Strong working knowledge of Pad Printing equipment
