This is a full-time, on-site role for a Thermoformer Operator based in Thonotosassa, FL. The Thermoformer Operator will be responsible for the operation of thermoforming machines, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and quality control during production runs. Daily tasks include monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain efficiency and meet production goals.

• Experience with operating and maintaining thermoforming machines or similar manufacturing equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues
• Attention to detail, ability to conduct real-time quality inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications
• Understanding of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment and adapt to changing production needs
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a benefit
