Are you a recent graduate of technical college or trade school looking for industry‑leading training, cross‑training and a structured 90‑day onboarding process, to help you upskill and become an expert at what you do?

On offer is an entry‑level electrical assembly position where you will develop your skillset through lots of training, on a variety of highly specialized and innovative equipment. There is also a 90‑day onboarding period where they will ensure you know everything you need before putting you onto the line.

This role is ideal for someone with baseline electrical experience, looking for an entry‑level role with lots of training to ensure they fulfil their potential.

The Role:

• Assembly for specialized electrical components and products.
• Training and cross‑training on other products, to expand your skillset.
• Day‑based role with half day on Friday.

The Candidate:

• Able to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Looking for training and a fresh start on a new career path.
• Some electrical education or certification (trade school, technical college, or similar).

Location:

St. Petersburg, FL

Salary: $22.00/hr - $23.50/hr (base range)
