A leading life sciences company in Florida is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the manufacturing process, including packaging and materials handling in a GMP environment. The ideal candidate must have a HS Diploma or GED and experience in pharmaceutical settings. Responsibilities include raw material dispensing, coordinating product returns, and mentoring less experienced staff. This position requires the ability to work 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:00 AM Monday through Friday, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
