1st shift 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

• Perform various activities relative to the installation on relocation of existing machines and equipment to involve dismantling, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.
• Make repairs or adjustments to keep equipment in production.
• Rebuild equipment components as required.
• Troubleshoot metal working machinery using knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and welding capabilities.
• Perform plumbing repairs and thread pipe.
• Use various computer software including Microsoft Suite and Outlook.

• Must have maintenance experience in the industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Must have experience in troubleshooting machinery.
• Organization and communication skills.
• Experience in any of the following: millwright, electrical, PLCs, robotics/automation, weld, and fabrication.

• Formal education or High School Diploma/GED OR 3-5 years on the job training in: electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and/or maintenance.

Position requires ability to move with ease in the production area; possess physical strength and stamina to remain in stationary/standing position for prolonged periods; use hands and fingers for potentially repetitive handling, gripping, and manipulating product, tools, and equipment; position oneself to complete work including bending, balancing, twisting, rotating, stooping, climbing, moving over uneven surfaces; push, pull and reach; and lift, carry, move or position objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to operating machinery with moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, forklift and crane operations, and vibration as well as varied exposure to noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toed footwear required. Additional PPE may be required based upon work. This is a safety‑sensitive position, and impairment while performing the tasks or duties of this role could pose a health and safety risk to both the individual performing the tasks as well as those around them.

Dependent upon location, the facility may or may not be a climate‑controlled plant which could result in varied hot and cold temperatures swings at times.
