Material Handler

Must be able to foster BEL USA's mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. The Material Handler must operate warehouse equipment to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Pull stock according to printed work orders and stage for production.
• Prepare stock for shipments of non-imprint orders.
• Change inventory tags and keep them up-to-date.
• Maintain a constant workflow for the Production Department.
• Keep work area clean and clutter-free.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Pull products according to sample orders.
• Store stock in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Package samples and materials for shipping.
• Conduct inventory counts and requisition replacements.
• Label samples with designated hangtags.
• Maintain a clean work area, including housekeeping duties.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and vehicles.
• Perform cycle counts and report errors.
• Read sales/work orders to determine items to pick and move.
• Enter transactions in the computer system.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Support teamwork and participate actively.
• Perform duties safely per company policies.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 2+ years in Manufacturing/Production environment.
• Results-oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
