What We’re Looking For
:

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting in a multi-entity, project-based environment
• Advanced Excel and ERP system skills
• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Be Doing
:

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple offices
• Own the monthly close, financial consolidation, and delivery of internal and external reporting packages
• Oversee GAAP compliance, technical accounting research, and revenue recognition for both billed and unbilled project work
• Partner with Project Managers and the CFO to align forecasts, budgets, and margin analysis
• Guide the migration from legacy ERP systems to a modern financial platform
• Maintain strong internal controls, support audit preparation, and oversee balance sheet management
• Drive process improvements, support corporate growth initiatives, and act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
