Job Summary:

The Project Site Supervisor will assist in overseeing the completion of residential and commercial construction projects across the United States for FMM, a maintenance and construction company servicing residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
  • Maintain targeted schedule compliance.
  • Ensure safety and quality are a top priority.
  • Maintain client contract compliance.
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Communicate with clients, responding to all phone calls and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide courteous and prompt service to all internal and external clients/customers, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Document employee performance for direct reports and communicate action plans for improvement.
  • Adhere to operating procedures to maximize staff efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure training objectives are met for all staff within the stated timeframe.
  • Organize and lead weekly safety meetings, recording agendas and minutes.
Required

Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 3 years of construction and/or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems.
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to perform construction‑related tasks in the field if needed.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑initiative mindset.
  • Strong focus on customer relations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to pass a Fit for Duty screening.
