Project Director – Concrete High‑Rise Projects

A national developer‑builder is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a 300‑unit high‑rise multifamily project in South Florida. The role is based in‑office with travel to the local jobsite as needed.

$160,000 – $210,000 per year

• Own all aspects of the project schedule, budget, and team coordination
• Drive preconstruction, buyout and subcontractor onboarding
• Lead owner communications, internal reporting and cost control
• Partner with field leadership to stay ahead of risks and maintain alignment
• Deliver the project on time, under budget and to the highest standards

• 8–12+ years of experience, including recent high‑rise multifamily project leadership
• Proven success on projects $50 M+ with concrete structures
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, scheduling tools and Excel
• Employment stability is a must—6–10+ years with no more than 1–2 employers preferred
• Ability to collaborate, take ownership and lead from start to finish

• Build a high‑profile, high‑rise residential asset in your own market
• $160K–$210K base + 20% bonus
• Developer‑builder model gives full ownership from concept through closeout
• Work with a tight‑knit, high‑performing team with national resources
