Director or Senior Director of Product Strategy & Business Enablement

Employment Type: Full Time (Direct Hire)

Location: Onsite in South FL or St Paul, MN (relocation assistance offered by client if needed)

• Director:
  Owns strategic alignment and product direction for a specific business domain
• Senior Director:
  Owns enterprise‑level alignment and portfolio direction across multiple domains

• Regular interaction with Directors and VPs
• Trusted partner for senior leaders within a defined area
• Can push back, but escalates enterprise conflicts

• Regular, direct interaction with VPs and C‑suite
• Seen as a strategic advisor, not just a partner
• Owns conflict resolution and executive alignment
• Comfortable saying “no” and defending it at the executive level

• 10–14 years experience
• Senior Product Manager, Product Director, or Strategy role
• Has partnered with VPs but limited C‑suite exposure
• Strong domain expertise
• Comfortable influencing without formal authority

• 15+ years experience
• Has owned or influenced enterprise portfolios
• Regularly presented to or advised C‑suite leaders
• Known for judgment, executive presence, and credibility
• Often pulled into ambiguous, high‑stakes situations

• A delivery owner
• A junior PM with a bigger title
• A pure relationship manager

• A hands‑on product execution leader
• A program manager
• A figurehead without real influence
