The Project Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of the project cycle from post-sale to customer handover with the goal of ensuring all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of facility staff.

Role Responsibilities

• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage tracing of issues that may arise, such as missed deadlines, cost overruns, and scope creep
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• During times of high bid volume, assisting with estimating from start to finish
• Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
