Directs, coordinates, and supervises NKA activities by performing various duties or through subordinate NKA members. Simultaneously manage multiple continuous improvement events.

• Request and create quotation for inland transportation, air or ocean import and export, consistent with our quality requirements and scheduling objectives.
• Coordinate export arrangements of personal effects for associates from NKP and other organizations when relocating to countries outside of the United States.
• Coordinate Import customs clearance and delivery of personal effects for associate from NKP and other organizations when relocating to the United States.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain new business with existing customers and create new customer base.
• Propose and check SQCDM for improvement and development.
• Audit documentation in order to keep high quality every month.
• Meet or exceed cost improvement projects and purchase price variance targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Make effective independent decisions and coordinates all day‑to‑day office functions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support department and company goals.
• Networking with other companies to identify and implement industry best practices.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Resolve problems.
• Handle spot shipments, special projects, and machine shipments for new and existing customers.
• Ensure accuracy of sales invoices and accounts payable invoices.
• Educate associates to ensure common understanding of development requests, time frames, and requirements.
• Review and assist in the documentation of progress and implementation of countermeasures to ensure continuous program goals are achieved.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations, as well as, work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor’s degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
