We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Distribution to lead the development of our company’s distribution strategy. This role will work closely with regional partners to increase market penetration, optimize channel performance, and drive profitable business growth. The VP of Distribution will also oversee the development, management, and performance of key agency distribution channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long‑term business objectives.
This position is located in our Sarasota, FL office.

QualificationsExperience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
- Minimum of ten years of progressively advanced experience in sales, distribution or operations within the commercial P&C insurance industry.
- Five years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales, underwriting and distribution teams.
- Advanced knowledge of the commercial property and casualty industry.
- Excellent strategic management skills that provide the team vision and direction for the growth and success of FCCI.
- Proven expertise in executing plans effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze, define and solve problems.
