Maintenance Technician at Love's Travel Stops
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in keeping our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to serve our customers efficiently. No experience? No problem—we will train you.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-facing service, assist with store, restaurant, and truck care department needs, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Support cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and general operations across facilities, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, plumbing, and related duties.
- Perform site inspections and other assigned tasks; cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
- Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
