Overview

St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Hudson, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (MS). The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant management. The MS must be a person of the Catholic faith, committed to gospel values, able to manage the Parish resources, and help the parish fulfill its mission and purpose.

• The Maintenance Supervisor has the general responsibility of ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively in the maintenance of all parish buildings, rectories, and grounds.
• This position may be called upon to work irregular hours, fill in for other positions and assist with the general maintenance of the facilities.
• The MS oversees groundskeeping, repairs, renovations, and capital projects under the direction of the Parish Administrator and Pastor.
• The MS must have the ability to operate, maintain, and repair various equipment used in property and facility maintenance.
• And must have the ability to move/lift items in a moderate weight class of up 100 lbs.

• Must be a person of the Catholic faith, committed to gospel values, able to manage parish resources, and help the parish fulfill its mission and purpose.
• Experience in property and facility maintenance and the ability to operate, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Ability to move/lift items in a moderate weight class up to 100 lbs.
• Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
