Gulf Coast Association Management (GCAM) is our community association management division that focuses on the management of community association in Florida that fall under Fl Statute 718/720.

OverviewThis position is based out of the our Sanibel located on Sanibel Island and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating properties to ensure compliance with company standards, focusing on functionality, safety, and overall quality. Gulf Coast manages a diverse portfolio, including resort-style communities, annual rentals, and standalone vacation properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to adapt to the unique requirements of each property type. Minor maintenance issues identified during inspections may be addressed directly, while major repairs and significant findings must be reported through the designated company software to the appropriate department upon completion of each inspection.

- Identifies and troubleshoots issues with guests, tenants, and properties, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Delivers the highest level of customer service and upholds company quality standards at all times.
- Ensures properties consistently meet or exceed appearance and maintenance standards.
- Completes and resolves all assigned work orders, including daily maintenance tasks.
- Performs move-in, move-out, renewal, and 90-day property inspections.
- Reports and addresses any safety concerns; follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Replaces batteries and performs minor repairs as needed.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
- Regularly engaged in physical activity including standing, bending, lifting (up to 50+ lbs), and climbing stairs.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on company needs.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License in good standing required.
- Previous experience in inspection of properties preferred.
- General knowledge of the use of hand tools.
- General knowledge of computers, iPad, tablets, and cell phones.
- Proficient in using computers and mobile technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
