1099 Contractor Position - Outside Cleaner (Vacation Rentals) Join the Gulf Coast Getaways Team! Gulf Coast Getaways Vacation Rentals is expanding, and were looking for reliable, detail-driven Outside Cleaners to join our team! This is not a construction or repair inspection role instead, you will be the final set of eyes ensuring outside of each vacation rental is perfectly prepared for guest arrivals.

What Youll Do- Blow off sand - driveways, pool area, any outside sitting area (including decks) Place all patio furniture neatly in its place
- Straighten any pool chairs and outside patio furniture
- Roll up outside hoses (there should be hose hooks at all properties)
- Throw away any rusted or broken patio furniture-(upload picture of the piece of furniture to database)
- Clean Grill and grease traps as well as under grill grate
- Check the pool for cleanliness and report any negative conditions to office
- Trash cans and Trash overflow
- Report any broken fences, hinges, latches, gates or exterior repairs in your app, so dispatch can create a work order for this for maintenance
