Responsibilities- Performs routine services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, and checking and topping off of all fluids in a timely manner
- Performs accurate and quality inspections in quarter time
- Works productively in a team atmosphere
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of luxury dealer-level experience preferred
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Good communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Highly professional and dependable
- Safety and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent work history
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
