Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing surfaces for painting all residential and community property.
- Assists in maintaining daily inventory log, communicating service needs to supervisor and costs control practices.
- Performs daily work assignments and work orders in a timely manner following standards of performance established by Sandhill Cove.
- Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
- Prefer one year's experience in interior painting.
- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
FT/40 - Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30 pm; some on call and some weekends in rotation.
Starting pay rate: $23 (negotiable based on experience)
